Q: How do returns and damaged products get handled?

A: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 100% replacement or refund window within 48 hours of delivery verification. Because we white-label your operations, your customers return items to a neutral sorting facility where we restock or process them on your behalf.

Q: How do we claim our GST Input Tax Credit (ITC)?

A: Resellers Hub is fully B2B compliant. During your portal checkout, a dedicated field will require your GSTIN. The system automatically generates a valid tax invoice matching your business registration so you can claim your credit seamlessly.

Q: How are shipping fees calculated for large bulk orders?

A: We offer a flexible “Pay-After-Packing” freight model. Once your bulk order is packed and palletized at our central hub, we calculate the exact weight and dimensions to secure the lowest surface freight rates. Alternatively, you can opt to book dispatch using your own partnered corporate carrier account.

A: Yes. While our portal features automated tiered discount sheets based on order volume, our Bulk group has exclusive access to a “Request a Custom Quote” engine directly inside the cart for large-scale procurement.

For Bulk Wholesalers: A valid Indian GSTIN is strictly required during registration to unlock commercial freight and tax compliance features.

Q: Is there a subscription or registration fee to join?
